IMAGE HUNT

ANSWER 3.
Both of the designs in image X and image Y are utilising daylight as a space defining element by emphasizing a particular quality of light(direction, intensity, etc.)
Moreover, daylight’s directions are different between two images. In image X, daylight coming from the left whereas in the image Y, daylight coming from the front directly. In image X, we can see the bounder of daylight that is divided into two spaces.

ANSWER 2.
Image M shows an example of a repetitive pattern design, where a unit is repeated in a pattern that is organized within a grid structure. In image N, on the other hand, there is a single unit which is not repeated but which is designed in a figure-ground relationship. The pattern in image M could have continued on any side if it was meant to be larger, yet the dimensions that the frame the design in image B is define and meaningful in terms of the proportions of the figure to the ground, therefore would be difficult to change.
Also, in image N, there is some alignments which are scaled between each other, yet in image M, pattern has 1-1 proportion. The pattern in image M also have a variation between it’s elements in point of colors.
